Shipping

Orders will delivered shipped between monday till friday from 09:00 till 17:00, because every order is unique are the shippingfee dependent on the size of the order and location

What is on my bank statement? Is that anonymous aswell?

Yes, that is also anonymous for us! Your statement contains a general and meaningless description. There is absolutely nothing to be traced to what and where you ordered.

What payment methods are there?

You can pay easily and securely via Ideal, Paypal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). All your payment details are encrypted and processed securely.

Is my package delivered to the neighbors?

Nobody can see what’s in the package or where it comes from. During the ordering process. You can also send the package to a post office where you want.

Delivery and return

You can follow the progress of your package with our courier using the tracking number assigned to your return label. Once your item has been received and accepted by our partner, we will send you an email to confirm the completion of your refund.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method and normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. Can I cancel or change my order?
